Description

Macbeth is Shakespeare’s shortest play – but it is a masterpiece. A study of the effects of evil on the soul of man, Macbeth follows Lord and Lady Macbeth as they give their lives to the forces of darkness, as they hunger for power and control. We see in unforgettable ways the effect this descent into violence and horror has upon Scotland and on the psyches of the villains themselves.
