Course Materials: Textbook: The Seaside Naturalist ISBN-13: 978-0671765033 (or at bookfinder.com), optional deeper reading on the Caravel course page, and inexpensive, easy-to-find lab materials.
Homework: Weekly vocabulary, reading, and quizzes. Expect to spend one to two hours each week on homework outside of the classroom. Students are expected to read the assigned chapter or chapters and write their vocabulary words to prepare for the live lecture and then take the computer-graded weekly quizzes.
