Welcome to the world of German! Whether you’ve studied German before or simply would like to begin, this course is for you!

Total classes: 8

Prerequisite: None

Suggested grade level: 6th – 8th, older interested students welcome 

Suggested credit: 2/3 semester German language

Description

Jumping into German is meant to (re)introduce basic concepts of the language and culture and garner enthusiasm for its study. Students will learn grammar and vocabulary, as well as bits of culture and prayers. Enjoy immersion in one of the most fascinating and most spoken languages of modern day!

Class 2: Plurals

Class 3: Verbs

Class 4: Numbers

Class 5: Adjectives

Class 6: Preferences

Class 7: Useful phrases

Class 8: Review

Materials and Homework

Materials: All course materials will be provided by the instructor for free.

Homework: Students will have up to 30 minutes of homework daily to apply the concepts they learned in class. With language learning, it’s recommended to listen to the language every day (i.e., music, news, tv shows, etc.)
