Biology Part Two

Continue studying life with this high school Biology 1 course covering anatomy and human body systems. This is a two-part course. Students who wish to join us midyear should email to check on prerequisites. It is highly recommended, though not mandatory, students also register for the LAB: Biology I, Part Two.

Prerequisite: Biology, Part One or equivalent

Suggested grade level: 9th to 12th

Suggested credit: 1 full semester Biology or Science

Description

Prepares the student for ACT/SAT biology. Students are expected to take notes during class and ask questions. Notes will help with weekly quizzes, quizzes are open book. This Biology class is a general overview of high school Biology presented from a Catholic perspective.

Homework: Weekly vocabulary, reading, and quizzes. Approximately 1 to 2 hours per week.
