The prevalence of routing apps and Google Earth has certainly not eliminated the need for a geography education. It is one thing to know where something is or how to get there, and quite another to understand what something means or the interrelationship between geographical features, be they natural or manmade.

Now, I know what you're thinking. "That sounds great, but how on earth can I find books for every state!? I have a hard enough time putting together reading lists as it is without trying to tie them into geography!" Help is here!
